It's not a complete surprise that this home had offers quickly.  I'm told there were 3 showings on the first day it listed, with 2 offers (the third showing also resulted in wanting to put an offer on the home, but didn't when they found out there were already 2 pending).  The market has been on an upswing lately, the home was show ready, the agent was on top of her game, and the photographs brought the buyers in.  This is how it's done!
