What an enjoyable photo shoot! 

This beautiful single family house in Morningside was built in the 40's and still maintains a charm that makes it unique. 

The family room is easily my favorite part of the house. Those dark hardwood floors really bring out the light colors in the rooms and gives this house a lovely, cozy feel that you won't find anywhere else.
