These packages are for homes being marketed for sale and include still photos (dependant on package selected).  The license is for Residential Real Estate Photography Packages - a single use, such as listing and marketing a home for sale, up to one year. Pricing for homes listed at:

Additional add-on services:

• 20+ additional images - Great for larger houses where you'd like a larger selection of images beyond the standard offering
• Elevated/Aerial still shots - $100 for ~5-10 images, perfect for homes on a higher elevation, or with areas of interest to show such as land, amenities, or surrounding area. If only aerial shots are needed, and not included as an add-on with photos, the pricing is $200.
• Subdivision entry/amenities (when allowed) – $45
• Exterior reshoot – used to update the pictures, usually for seasonal changes or in poor weather conditions – $125
• Rush processing – $75
• Twilight exterior shots – $225

Commercial Real Estate Photography packages are best suited for Interior Designers, multi-family buildings, rental housing (includes Airbnb and similar sites), hotels and retail developments. The license is for ongoing use, up to three years.  

• Quarter session (~5-9 images) - $450
• Half session (~10-14 images) - $800
• Full session (~15-20 images) - $1500
